Installing Softphone (iOS)

Step 1. Open the App Store

The App Store is located on the home screen of your Apple device.

Step 2. Search for the Softphone Application

In the App Store click on the search button and type in ‘Softphone’, the application you need will usually be the first result.

Step 3. Download the Softphone Application

This will download onto your home page and can take a little bit of time.

Step 4. Scan the QR Code we have sent to your mailbox

This should be visible when you first open the application. If you have not received a QR code, please let us know.

Step 5. Allow Notifications and Contact Access
